Since supplements are consumable health products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols. To ensure the safety of all our customers, returns and refunds are allowed only under specific conditions mentioned below.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
A return or refund request will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged Product on Delivery
- If the product is physically damaged, broken, leaking, or the packaging is torn upon delivery.
- Tampered or Open Packaging
- If the product seal is broken, pouch/jar is open, or it appears tampered with at the time of delivery.
- Wrong Product Shipped
- If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong brand, size, or flavor).
Proof Required for Returns
To process your return request smoothly, please:
- Send clear images of the damaged/open product along with pictures of the outer courier packaging.
- Email the details to support@beastblend.in
Cases Where Returns/Refunds Will NOT Be Accepted
If the product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
If you simply change your mind after purchase.
If the product was delivered correctly and is not damaged/tampered with.
Sachets, trial packs, and small samples are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
Products purchased during flash sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged.
Refund & Replacement Process
Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange for a replacement product or initiate a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
For COD Orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of bank details.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided at checkout are accurate. BeastBlendIndia is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or unreachable numbers.
- In case of RTO (Return to Origin) for COD orders where the customer refuses to accept the parcel, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
- Our team reserves the right to accept or reject any return/refund request based on the evidence provided.
